Roadblock Incoming Suspect

Jimmy - Here's a hint when roadblocking.
If you're going to fire on an oncoming vehicle, you're better off standing on top of the UNMANNED car and shooting for these reasons:
1. You won't get your ass ran over
2. If the suspect crashes into the car, the car won't run your ass over
3. You have a 360 degree view without the car blocking
4. If somehow the suspect pwned your car hard enough, you might actually end up landing on top of their car - you'd know what to do from there.

I am instituting new Role Play Policies... Some of the Gvardia and Ancelotti Family members may be able to tell you more but basically. We now have felony stops, rped jailing and arrests, new presuit tactics (Soon to come) and several more things I cant go into detail about.
