We have looked in to the complaint, and found that you have clearly
misrepresented your case. On the public forums it has been made clear
that you have not been banned from the server because of any
censorship, but for the use of inappropriate language towards the
administration team.
Your following actions of misrepresenting the reason for banning, and
threatening with legal actions in order to remove a ban that is
invalid only by your misrepresentation of the case have made it clear
that your presence if unbanned on these grounds would become an effort
to further disturb the server.
I also refer you to the passage where it says that ArgonathRPG does
not in any way censor freedom of expression. However freedom of
expression does not inhibit the setting of boundaries of what is
acceptable, and acting upon those. The consequences of transgressing
those boundaries are your responsibility, and do not limit your
freedom of expression.
I have discussed the matter with the owners, and they noted that
regardless of the permanent denial they are willing to restore your
access to the server as soon as you will indicate that you will not
attempt to use the right of freedom of expression to disturb the
server or its administration team. Any attempts to transgress the
boundaries set by the owners and administration will lead to further
consequences for which you are solely responsible.
I hope to have sufficiently handled your complaint, and se no need for
further actions at this time.
