the autoaim is when you are on the 'joypad' control settings and you right click to aim 

Instead of getting a crosshair, you get a target 'attach' to the person you are aiming at.

Because of lag, a lot of people cannot be hit using it, unfortunately I have that low a level of lag, it can be used on me.

Lag is gay... But just shoot in front of your victim. If you have spent about 23954 bullets while shooting in front of him, but he's still taking no damage, then aim ever further from him. If he's still taking no damage then run away and don't look back.
