ELM 9.1 Problem

Well, I downloaded ELM 9.1 (newest version) today, and I tried to install it.
I opened up ELMConfigTool.exe, and an error came out saying "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.5072\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded"
Oh, and could you give me a slight tutorial on how to properly install ENB, if I am doing it wrong.

Judging from the error message, I can only assume you don't have .NET Frameworks?
Download it and it should fix it..

Now you said ENB at the bottom, all you have to do is drag the files in your GTA directory and Shift+F12 to activate it ingame.
ELM is installed with ELMConfigTool.exe. Everything is listed in there for a custom install.

Can you give me a link of those NET Frameworks?

And I said ENB by mistake, as I mix ENB/ELM :D
