Temp banned for /gu

Hello, Today I was RPing with some other ballas and then a fight broke out between them and the cops, I and several others didn't participate in the fight, the cops ended up shooting all of us dead. After everything was over, I had some cop randomly run up to me and suspect me for assault, I ran for a little while he shot, then I did /gu, he tried still to kill me, but couldn't some other cops could not as well, I think it was because I did /gu. Anyway I was temp banned form the server by TheRock, the reason said ESQ abuse, what is ESQ abuse, and how do I report cops to stop threads like this in the future.

I'm pretty sure you were cuffed, I saw you moving, then pausing while being shot without loosing HP (And cop WAS near you, so no way for cuffs to have failed between a distance of 3m)

I was jut asking what Esq abuse was, I had gotten a phone call as soon as I did /gu and I answered it, but I couldn't move still. I wasn't paused either.
