Since freecops and ARPD cannot preform there job to the highest degree a vigilante group is being formed to help combat the rise in crime.... However we do not work against the Police Department. We work closely with the police. Our job is to search out fleeing suspects and bring them into police custody by all means possible... Again this is not a criminal clan....
