SA:MP screen wont load!

Hey, My when i try to open my SA:MP, it starts, but when it comes to the screen "San Andreas Multi Player" it freezes and not loading. Then, if i want to exit, i have to ReStart my computer not in a good way and that kinda F**ks the computer up. and if i want to play GTA SA:MP again,  i have to re-install the whole game. and that means i have to reinstall all mods also and that is anoyin! please tell me how can i stop this problem beacuse now im afraid to install mods beacuse i dont want my GTA SA:MP will freeze again

I got the same problem sometimes.
Try to press ALT+TAB, It will appear for a couple seconds and go away again, try to select the game at the starting bar. Press right mouse button and select "quit" or whatever it is in your language. Then it will ask, "Stop now" or "cancel". Just choose "stop now" and it will shut SA down, after that you can just connect and play

I tried ALT+ TAB but it appears for 0.5 secs and disapeare, and i cant catch it, and even if i do, it doesnt show me any screen and i cant "QUIT" or something.

The point is- what is causing this problem, and how can i fix it. i fail with what you suggesting.

No it's not, I got no mods installed but I got the same problem.

I feel so sigh lol, gandalf posted on my topic  :bow: And to you gandalf, i dont think its the mods, since i started using mods 2 weeks ago and it havent done anything until few days ago. The mods that do cause the problem, is the one im changing their name. ( im using  IMG tool, so if there's a mod for sultan.txd and sultan.dff, i change it to buffalo.txd and buffalo.dff ). That's the only reason i can think of for the problem.

The only thing I can think of is the mods. I know it's a pain in the rear when to re-install them all, but try to re-install one-by-one to make sure to see which of the mods are causing the problems.

Hmm good system. But there is one thing that makes it harder. 2 days ago i re-installed all the mods i had ( after i deleted GTA SA ), except the last one i downloaded of the new mexicans skins. and it worked fine, untill yesterday, when it did me the FREEZE problem again. So, that is a thing that can cause issue with the Test you suggested. oh and i have another idea, i dont know if it will work, but perhaps i can make a backup of the current gta3.img i have ( with all the mods installed ) and then if it will do the problem again, i will reinstall GTA, and then replace the new gta3.img with the old modded gta3.img, but just delete the last mod which proberly caused the problem. tell me what u think

With SA:MP 03c we got the same problem. Then remembered in that copy the snow mod was installed, replace the gta3.img with an original one and the problem was solved.

Re-instaling without deleting will leave files modified intact.

No, it will delete them. Every time i re-install GTA SA it brings up a new gta3.img ( besides all the other new files ). and i dont want to delete all my mods beacuse then i can enjoy the game as much as it can be with mods.

It's just a stupid bug from 0.3c, when the next updated version or even 0.3d comes out it must be fixed

Till then you and me an some others have to life with it, I found the trick to make it work but it doesn't work for you...

God damn it just happened me again! i mean realy... WTF?!? am i the only one who has to re-install GTA SA every day again + all the mods?.. God dam.. now before im reinstalling i copied the modded gta3.img and i hope i will be able to replace it later.. so i wont need to reinstall all the mods. Damet.. Just fix that bug its so anoyin that i have to reinstall the game again every day..

Dude, install the game without mods, maybe that will work. If not try to master the trick I posted. Rape the windows button and try to shut it down with the right mouse button. Then a window will pop up if you want to shut it down immediately or cancel. You won't be able to see that window till you rape ALT+TAB.
It works for me try to. And re-installing makes no sense. When you restart your pc, you can try it again till it works.
