I cant get in Aragornath (GTA Wont load)

I reinstalled the Game Several times and this is the message I get when I try to load it....



Does anyone see anything in the file I am missing???.......



Guys please help me I really Really need help I was trying to install the TXD Hack but failed so I re - installed but... It wont it still wont work... Please help ASAP.

The best thing to do when trying to resolve issues like this is to google error specific things.

In your case, google this: san andreas 00346929

d3d9.dll doesnt need to be there unless you have ENB series.

You dont have the samp.dll, samp.saa, and the SAMP folder which has IDE and IMG files,
Those two make kind of sense.

It doesnt matter if you reinstall it. If you ever want a FRESH GTA SA, you need to uninstall it, completely delete the GTA San Andreas folder and install it again. It reinstall all the necessary files and not just the gta_sa.exe

First of all, arent we playing in Argonath, whats Aragornath? 
And second, if its a pirated game, mount the .img or whatever on your image program, works for me when I get theese kinds of errors.

My suggestion to you is to describe your problem on youtube and it can find you a video that people show with the same problem, and then, in the comments, somewone know the solution and post it there.
And if that dont work, try write the problem name- in your case that number..

I had a problem with BFBC 2, i described it on youtube- and somewone posted an answer that helped me fixed it.

Well, so if it is pirated, you downloaded it from a torrent site, and you supposley mounted a .cue/.bin or a .iso file using Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120% or any other softwhere of this kind (Please remove names if considered advertising). Make sure the game is mounted. For Daemon Tools, right click on the DT icon in the toolbar, next to the watch thing. There should be a "Virtual Devices" option. Make sure the San Andreas .iso/.cue/.bin is MOUNTED.

Firstly i would like to clarify that you are wanting to join Argonath :P

Secondly, and in a more serious manner. Have you recently installed/uninstalled any display drivers? If you have done either try reinstalling your previous drivers or rolling back within windows itself. That may or may not make a difference but its worth a try.
