AMD Phenom 9150e Quad-Core
ATI Radeon HD4350
2GB 800mHz RAM
Windows XP SP3.

Hmm, Hardly on low settings with this GPU!
Your CPU is kinda cool for game, but 2GB Ram may be another problem for any lag you may receive!

But as I see here; GTA IV on a ATI Radeon HD 4350
I guess with a little over-clock on CCC, You should be able to run it.. even on low!

Thanks for your help, but, is oc'ing easy? Or is it one hell of a tough process? And the ram further is no problem, I have 2 other rams of 1GB that I can use, I guess. But, is oc'ing hard?

and on this vid; ATI Hd4350
It runs fine..

No, Overclocking a card, and especially a ATi Radeon, is very simple.. You just have to open the CCC (Known as Catalyst Control Center), go to the last option of menu; "ATI Overdrive(TM)", And just increase Clocks... Also, for the best of your card, make sure to have 'Manual Fan Control' set on 100%.

Lol, I have that MSI 8400GS 512MB here on it's case :P.

I'd go for the 9400 or HD4650 if I were you.

Could those handle GTA IV? Without overclocking or something like that? And is that MSI some good stuff? haha.

if your willing to pay more money, try looking at cards around the 100-200 Euro mark, im sure you could find some that are quite powerful for that amount, i have dual GTX 460's i bought them 6 months ago for $250 AUD each (converts to 192 Euros), now they are only worth $200 (Converts to 153.6 Euros), so if your willing to pay around 150, ide definetally reccomend the GTX 460, just make sure its compatible, if your stuck with just those cards to choose from, ide have to choose the Sparkle Geforce 9400GT,

then my only concern for you is ram, but if you can put those other two 1GB sticks in and they are the same type of ram (DDR, DDR2 or DDR3) your computer should be good

also good choice on choosing XP over vista, but ide much prefer windows 7

From the list. HD 4650 no doubt.
And yeah 4Gb of ram would be nice.

Looked for it but it's a little bit out of budget..

I was thinking:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8ghz overclocking to 3.4ghz with a overclocked Sparkle 9400GT?

just make sure all the parts are compatible with your motherboard

i copied the below from steam GTA IV Complete pack

System Requirements
OS: Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / Windows XP - Service Pack 3
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4GHz
Memory: 1.5GB XP / 1.5GB Vista
Graphics: 256MB Nvidia 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c Compliant Card
Hard Drive: 16GB of Hard Disc Space
Sound Card: 5.1 Channel Audio Card
Other Requirements: Initial activation requires internet connection; Online play requires log-in to Games For Windows - Live and Rockstar Games Social Club (13+ to register); software installations required including Adobe Flash, DirectX, Microsoft

So by the looks of things its compatible with your original build, but your better off with a better computer than just something that can run GTA IV, just make sure u check every part you put into your computer is compatible with each-other and the motherboard

Guess you can't run GTA IV on Integrated Intel HD eh?
If you can any chance of a link on how to tweak or something so the game runs better .. ?

Processor: Intel Core i3 CPU M330 @ 2.13GHz
RAM: 4GB
OS: Windows 7 - 64 Bit

I'd love to play IV:MP but as said this Intel HD graphics shit is what's holding me back from buying GTA IV.
Oh am using a laptop.

I have made my decision, I think:

SAM2 jetway M26GT4V2 Motherboard
AMD Phenom 9150e Quad-Core
4GB DDR2 RAM
ATi Radeon HD5450

What do you guys think of that?

its nice, but honestly if it were me ide build something completely different
but by the looks of things as long as your computer works it should run GTA IV, im not sure how well it would run it, but according to the games minimum requirements, it should run.
