Not letting the Hydra be abused means a pilot should be present in it and active at all time. Dumping it because you fail is script abuse.

In the first place,the one who spawned/manage/is flying the hydra is RESPONSIBLE for any thing that happens to the hydra. Leaving the hydra unattended then a player steals it, your fault at the beggining. Unless you are flying it then someone hijacks you, that's rulebreak. 'Great powers come with great responsibility'

The FBI is practically just a criminal group with support from the server, YOU should just remove the hydra. with the ability to DB with m4, beagle would be perfect for air suspect. and for nrg suspects, get another nrg or infernus and DB.

Anyone involed who claims this is non-rp is a hypocritical moron. You left the hydra unatained, an associate of the criminal you were pesueing hijacked it from under your nose so you remove it with a command? That seems very bullshit. If you had any roleplay sense you'd have jumped for cover and started shooting at it. The way I see it, the 'cops' who were using it shouldn't be allowed to use it as it was available to be stolen by a criminally-associated civilian.
