No i dont think so cuz they edit it from outside the server if that makes sense

ok its either new scripts or some hacker.

i doubt its a hacker as there 0 players on the server and they usaully leave after 2-3 crashes

Not SAMP 0.2.2..
Definately not new scripts..
Hacker for sure..

And @ Darius, t'was a glitch, if you chose the first Grove skin.
