GTA IV EFLC Fatal Error Invalid Resources -1

Hey guys.
So I got Episodes from Liberty City (yay...), and I immediately started playing TBoGT after tweaking the graphics options.

So, I beat some 3 missions (the first 2 Tony missions [including the first overall] and mom's), then I go to... I forgot who'se house, in the middle of the road, I get an error like this:

FATAL ERROR
Invalid Resources, please reinstall the game

But I notice EFLC is still open. So, I maximize it (hooray for sneakyness), I go into mission marker and BAM, the game crashes.
As you already noticed, the error tells me to "reinstall the game", but I would like to know how to fix this problem WITHOUT reinstalling.
