Best keyboard setup?

I have the standard keyboard, whats the best for fighting/driving and general roleplaying?

The only thing I've changed is making SHIFT the jump button and SPACE the sprint button, works better when you gotta' shove a shotgun up someone's butt.

The only thing i changed is sprint: i set it to L Shift.

Also why is it I usually have the least ping in the server but it feels like I'm lagging like crazy.

change the sprint key to L Shift. that's the best for fighting. and for driving, no thing need to change.
