[Denied] Banned because I'm succeded in police chase?

Hi there!

Some of you may know me I'm usual player on the server. Friday 18th February at 12.00 am GMT +2.00 got banned by CBFasi for as i understand not following server rules. Let me explain reasons I'm entered server just to hang around as usually I do, after some time player with nickname Jamal gave me wanted level for nothing and started to chase me. I get away from him, then he come back with his "friends" to continue chase me. All seemed to be okay but after some time he started to whining that I'm won't give up and why should I to do so if I ain't done anything to him or others. Meanwhile of this situation he gave me wanted level with reason shooting at cop, which I also not performed. Then I went to Alderney beach where I'm failed to drive in scenary and crashed my vehicle, I continued to ran away by swimming. When they realized that can't get me started to "cry" again, meanwhile saying me that there's kind a rule which restricts to get away from "pigs" by swimming and after that I got banned. So the question is since when getting away by swimming is not normal? Also they acted weird by chasing me 2 cops, FBI agent, where you saw in real life this kind of situation? If this topic won't make a point, I ain't going to cry if you decide that I will be not able to join it anymore.

Suspect Rules

• Do not start chasing cops only cause you are suspected (Only allowed to shoot if cops chase you)
• Do not randomly get suspected for mayor law breaks (assault, etc... considered as death matching)
• Do not start to imediantly mark the suspector as abuser (keep on roleplaying as you did what it says)
• In case you were abused write a report to leaders of the suspectors group (fbi.argonathrpg.com arpd.argonathrpg.com)
• Do not evade the law enforcers by swimming in water

Reason is easy. On land, cops can shoot you if you do not comply. They do simply have no chance to chase you in water and open fire if you evaded. So I hope you understand evading in water can be abused, means you could simply stay somewhere in water and cops cannot get your for the whole time... thats why it is not allowed at all.

I am thanking you for the effort to assemble your case.

Rules are rules as you know and you must follow them, however, I believe this was a slight oversight.
The following action(the ban) was a too harsh punishment, I must say. A kick with a proper reason should have done enough.
