Hello, I have this bug, which is that all my SA-MP servers are down, I can't access to Internet/Hosted list, it doesn't show any servers.
I tried re-installing SA-MP, but it didn't work.

Do you have a firewall? It seems that your SA-MP was cut from the network by some application.
Any newly installed antivirus / firewall?

Yes, I recently removed my Panda Internet Security 2011, and got Norton Internet Security 2011, it appeared it was blocking samp.exe but I added it to the exceptions.
My firewall doesn't appear to block SA-MP.

1. Try to switch Norton Internet Security off, and check if that is the issue.
2. Add gta_sa.exe (the main application) to the exceptions.

Check if samp.exe is really added to the exceptions.

Appeared to be Norton's smart firewall blocking SA-MP..I disabled it and SA-MP servers worked..the problem is I can't get access to settings to add SA-MP/GTA SA to exceptions.

Then, you know the problem :) I don't use Norton, as it is making the comp much slower. I use Avast Professional :) I don't see it working in the background, it doesn't lower the computer and works good enough for me :) And completely no problems with the firewall :)
