Well the girl which works there dosent know shit about games so i guess it will be useless, though the game works on my friend PC but he has windows XP , i think the problem is to my PC... :/

You dont need a girl who knows about games, just give her back the original version, and ask for another one. AKA : Guarentee. Just do it man, no need for gaming-knowledge.
