The reason why you got tempbanned was proper and even if permban wasn't, it still counts untill you get unbanned.
And you know that banevading is forbidden and there is no excuse for it.

I never intended to ban eveade.. NEVER!.. i just wanted to check.. for both times.. i had no aim in Evading...

I wouldnt get perm ban in first place if temp ban was properly done... Now becouse Leone? was it? miss-wrote the bannage.. i got perm ban.. come on GUYS!!!!

U remember when u gave me last kick and message was: next time its a ban? Did i sayed a single word on mainchat since then? I DID understood the message.. i DID changed my ways.. That ban that i recieved was absolutely at a random time due to previous foulty and miss understanding report.. which completed my list of other bad things i done i guess..

Why was i still on the server? becouse i believe some admins know some good in me and the good jobs i've done over these few months me being in server.. (nothing that you would know obviously...)

Actually, you PM'ed CBFasi saying you were afraid to speak because if you did, I would ban you. That was also meant as a provocation, because if you remember correctly, I muted you after your last provoking comment and told you that one more would be a ban, then I unmuted you a minute or two later. I never said you couldn't speak in main chat. Obviously you stopped speaking for the real reason that you knew if you went against me with CBFasi watching, you would've been instantly banned, and it would have been justified even further than it is now. I know your tricks because I know what players like you try to do to get out of trouble and still continue doing it. I have also been told by other admins that you like to /q abuse the scripts when you get surrounded by cops, which you decided not to do last night only because CBFasi was pointing his gun at you. You can't sit here and lie to me and make me think all is well, and that you made a mistake you learned from. You have been banned before, and although it was deemed as invalid at the time, it goes to show that you already know how this system works, so abusing it by making people feel bad for you is not going to get you out of it. The fact that you cannot respect the players in the server, even ones you just met, is absolutely horrific, and it will not be tolerated. This server is not here to please you. The owners can shut it, and the entire community, down any moment if they wanted to. They don't need players that disrespect each other and purposely break the rules for their own entertainment and advantage.

After being banned/temp-banned you must NEVER enter the server, no matter what your name is. Entering the server under any name while banned is not allowed.

As for you mentioning so many times "old admins" if you had actually realized I have been a part of the administration team since December 2010, So I would not necessarily call myself "new" to the administration team.

Sugar.. I see that you are quite an old member to Argonath.. I was told that you’re a new admin by dellstorm.. nevermind that.. I see that you’ve seen lots of CRAZY things.. lots of liers and “unban appeals”.. im not a bad guy here.. I really aren’t.. I remember the mutes now.. I was SOOOOOOO pissed.. and why would I even try to pm you or care what fasi sees? At then.. I WAS SHOT and killed while I /s I surrender for many times (Senate can comfirm that, he was around) and what not.. but I’ve learned from /q that its just no fun afterwards.. now.. im not afraid to die as a suspect.. $700 from 200,000 is nothing.. whats next? What? Fasi pointing gun at me so I didn’t /q? so u assume I ALLWAYS /Q??????? Raging? I think all you're doing is proving my point further. You had an issue with this on the server as well, which is why you are where you are now. I would also like to point out that apparently you provoked MadMax in PM today, according to other admins. Care to explain how you believe you can change when you didn't even learn from your mistakes last night?

@Updated post: So you're saying that good players don't care about Administrators and that it's okay for them to explore script abuse? It sounds like you're also saying that your name gives you the excuse to act like an immature person and break all the rules, is that true? Oh, and for the record, it's not the job of admins to entertain the server. Admins are regular players instilled with extra rights to protect the server from people that don't follow it's rules.

Again, implying that my experience caused a misjudgment, which is absolutely not true. You were caught breaking the rules on multiple occasions and you still have not owned up to it. Until you learn to act mature and follow the server rules, you are not allowed back in.
