Well Zer, I think aXXo's answer ("Todo list") means that it is a possibility, and could be seen in future releases. As it isn't really essential, it won't be implemented right away.

Auto-kick for spammers is the worst idea ever. Spammers will anyway soon either get bored or something. This idea has more cons than pros
