Auto-kick for car kill/ drive-by kill

It happens shitload of times on purpose when no admins are online, could we make a 3 warns system for it? I guess players, especially cops, would do that less often with warning system.

Actually i dont find anything wrong with DBKill or Car kill, since they are an integral part of GTA.
So my suggestion is to remove that rule and allow it without any restrictions

I think this one particularly should be changed.
Car Killing is not that bad, it is the cheapest way to murder some one
DB can be discussed, though i think it should be allowed too.

People used to run in front of you on low health on purpose, just so you'd hit them (Killing them) and get you kicked. Lol funny but annoying. So really I'm with aXXo on this one. About driveby.. its heavily overpowered..
