Alright, there clearly is miscommunication going on within trainings, etc. The official SWAT uses teamspeak, so I think we should too. Doesn't matter if you don't have a mic, the people that do can still explain things to people who don't. Just a suggestion.

On Tuesday 5th April, there will be an ARPD group photo taking place near SWAT HQ featuring every role-reversal week cop involved, for one day only - every role-reversal week cop including non-SWAT will be allowed into the SWAT CB so long as they behave appropriately. SWAT will be leading the role-reversal week cops and teaching them new techniques, which they should finish learning themselves by tommorow.

As for TeamSpeak, there are issues caused by who can enter the channel and who cannot and it will simply be another layer of administration for me to manage, the majority of members will not have a mic so it will be more or less useless. I expect SWAT activity to go up in the upcoming days so it's going to be pretty demanding to be able to communicate in a channel with more than ten people - we could go into teams but that defeats the objective as we are one team and everyone should be able to know what is going on at all times.

and it feels as if the reporter himself knew this would happen and wanted to set us up. We already ran into such a problem.

This was a constant thing being done by criminals or even big crime organised families. They constantly provoked SRU into a shootout while they were recording videos, however not once we lost our cool.

From experience people will try to throw you of your game when your achieving results. The only advice i can give is to be cool and not react to the provoking and constant stalking. If your to react make sure you follow protocol and to suspect them, give them clear and enough warnings before you take any action.

Overall i am glad you are expericence the constant bullshit SRU used to deal with daily while following strict procedures and rules. Matterfact SRU had more restrictions compared to SWAT.

If you are not on the List for SWAT Now don't ask for it this list will not be changed and no additions will be made.. removals may be made if abuses are continuances... but don't beg, plead, or try to bargain you will not be allowed to partake in the SWAT Team if you were not selected. Sorry but this was up for awhile and if you did not apply not our fault. No Exceptions will be made.

I keep hearing different things about Marlen, the group leader says that it is open but he is forum banned and others say it is closed.
I don't remember any incident in a shack today or of any day of the role-reversal week. SWAT don't return after death either and/or use /resetspawn outside a situation because I've told them to.

Marlen-Well i am myself confused but keeping it simple,i am yet to join marlen recruitment is still closed.
Shack-There was a situation(you werent online thats why they couldnt go SWAT -.-) where like 10-15 people led by jethro were inside i think leroy was the negotiator and shejken was the hostage but they both were taken hostage too.Then they killed NitrOx and we stormed but died thats why i said loosen the grip and allow them to be on SWAT duty a big longer

To top it off, many of the criminals who are cops this week have far more police experience than you.
