Jones Collin will be filling the role of Mash, in his temp position.
Because I have 'stepped down' temp. does not mean I can't do anything. I can and will step in if and when I need to. I will not let this Family slip.
To: Taylor Collin
Your position in Collin is that of a high respect and responsibility. You are inactive in-game, while this is noted I would request for you to step down from this position to allow a more active person to fill the role, or reply to this stating you'll be increasing your activity to more than 10 hours a week in-game. While your position technically is member manager, if your never in-game its kinda hard to get a sense of applicants, and present members.
Stepping down is not giving up, or anything. Its simply letting the family grow to a level it deserves. You earned your rank, you have worked hard but we need to be serious about what we can and can't do. While your addicted to UWO, you attention is drawn from Argonath and we need someone who can not be drawn from the community, especially in a important role such as yours.
Also, this is a serious statement. Any trolling response will not be tolerated.

Your roles are temp, you can contact me anytime as I have been in both of your positions at some point if you need help with anything. I'm on MSN, as I am doing a lot of development I'll be on pretty much 16 hours a day straight on the computer working, do not hesitate to contact me if needed. If you do well in this position, when the time comes you'll have a good record set to get the honorable ranks in full-time.
