It's time for me to say good bye, not forever but to the family. Things haven't been working out as it did before during the last weeks, inactivity from upper leadership and from the current members. We isn't a family, we're players that hanging around with eachother with ''_Collin'' tag. You may think my words are unjustified as an administration member but we do have a lot of members, but no one is actually showing or taking care of the family. I feel that I can do something on my own instead.
I've learnt to know many people, had good times and I appricate the trust I've been given.

This decision is final and can't be lifted.

In attempt to restore some sanity and unity to our family.

We will hold weekly meetings.

Weekly family only events (parties, clubbing days, golf trips etc)

Me, as the only really active administration member can't fix our unity. Even the entire administration couldn't fix this. We as a family must address this problem and fix it together. We need to be more than a tagged group of people, we need to be a family and that is the key to how we operate. I want to see more role playing together, this does as I've stated take place off duty. Patrolling together does not count as family RPing, lets as a family build the reputation we once had and deserve. Once we have this, we'll be a respectable family once more. This will not be an easy task to accomplish. This will take the full efforts of every member in the family, to make this successful. So, lets do it!

Weekly meetings will take place every Saturday. These meetings will not be lead by administration, but by the family. Your questions, comments, concerns, feelings and ideas are what make this family run from this point on. We are a family, we will make choices as a family, not as a hierarchy. The time will vary depending on when most people are on. If you have MSN please send Roman a forum PM with your MSN so he can add you to the collin Family group on MSN.

Weekly (minimum) events will take place at random times throughout the week at various places. These "events" are just social events for the family, for us to learn more about each other and become a stronger and closer family.
