Well hi there, whenever i start samp.exe, i get in the correct menu, but if i want to start the game, nothing heppens, someone knows how to fix it? thanks

Remove the gta_sa.set file from your documents. If doesnt work, post here ;)

Then you should try to start the single player version to check if its okey. Then remove gta_sa.set and reinstall samp...
