This was also resolved with Nicki not five minutes after the incident, in which she promised me she'd sorted the situation within your CB channel.

1) If he dmed you would surely report him for rulebreaking, otherwise retaliation would be considered DM also.
2) He did not attempt to scam you at all. He attempted to make a profit.
3) I didn't flame anyone. The use of curse words indirectly is not flaming someone. You may wish to brush up on your english before you attempt to define something you have no knowledge of.

Considering that Aldo admittedly lied to us regarding his reason for killing Carlo, I find it difficult to believe if he had a valid reason for doing so he'd have done that. Also the fact that several of your members seemed to be uneducated on the reason in which they were attacking a member of my group does not restore my faith in your actions.
As I said, I wouldn't have expected such nonsense from a group like this. Disappointed.

I have nothing to worry about. Your reason for killing Carlo was in response to an apparent rulebreaking, which makes you equally responsable and equally liable for punishment.

You're digging yourself a hole here. We've spoken with Kojak already regarding this and have opted Carlo to be punished for what he has done, as he also admits that it was not excusable. However, as you retaliated to this action by killing Carlo (revenge killing, might I add.) you've deemed this incident invalid thus punishment should not take place on Carlo's part, as by retaliation you are not only accepting Carlo's actions to be roleplay, but are also admittedly revenge killing him.

Dear 8th street,

     I would like to say thanks to 8th for all the great times, but I can't stand all the drama that has came to this group over the past month or so, I had thought when we had that meeting a few days ago things would actually change, but they haven't. I play SA:MP to RP and have fun and well I haven't felt like that is being accomplished here. I hope to be able to still RP with you all from time to time, but I will be removing my tag. I feel I need to try something new in the server and start a fresh life, I wish you all the best of luck and still believe/support this group in having great potential, It just doesn't fit me right now.
