IntroductionBatik Crime Syndicate got its name from a cloth which traditionally uses a manual wax-resist dyeing technique originating from Indonesia called Batik. The reason behind its name was because the members of this organization always wear a Batik suit and everytime they go for a kill, they leave a Batik handkerchief on the dead body.
Batik Crime Syndicate's illicit activities include gambling, extortion, drug trafficking, illegal weapon trafficking, human trafficking and prostitution, contract killing, fraud, large scale scam, loansharking and fencing.
I Make this Faction on this Server because i had this faction on C*P and I Got an Idea to make this on Argonath. Absolutely i'm Already got the Permission from the Creator, Andrew Crucio.

((1. Make sure that you always follow and abide the server rules, especially no deathmatching, metagaming and powergaming. Failure to do so will result in a punishment or kicked out from the faction.
2. By joining this faction, you agree to be CK'ed, provided a high ranked member deem it necessary.
3. You have to be creative and able to create a nice atmosphere of roleplaying with the other members. Remember to keep /b at minimum, don't ever use it if you don't need to and take your roleplay seriously at all times, especially when you're RPing with another faction.
4. Respect the other members of this faction OOC'ly. If we find someone being disrespectful towards others, he will be kicked out of this faction immediately.
5. We don't use radio as our daily chat, it's RP'ed as Pager, keep using it minimally, and don't spam on it .))
Organizational Structure
Syndicate Leader : Syndicate Leader is the head of the syndicate, he's the one who makes the decision for the syndicate. Stay close with him, keep him pleased with your work and you'll get your reward. Dare to defy him, prepare to say goodbye to your precious life. He's the one who has the authority to give people their positions and ranks.
Advisor : As the name implies, he's the Advisor to the Syndicate Leader. His job is to advise on all of the Syndicate Leader's decisions. In theory, the Advisor is the same rank as the Head Chief, but with different field of work. He is the only one in the syndicate who is allowed to speak his mind on all important matters and even question the Syndicate Leader, yet can not override him. Become an Advisor means being smart, if you think you're not smart enough to be one you better resign before something bad happen to you.
Head Chief : The Head Chief is appointed by the Syndicate Leader. He is the second in command of the entire syndicate operation. His word should go unchallenged by everyone except the Advisors and Syndicate Leader himself. He is also the one who make sure that all the Division Heads stay in check. Head Chief is the only other person who has the authority to swear in new members, but he must report them to the Leader.
Division Head : A Division Head is appointed by the Syndicate Leader, and is in charge of his own division or crew. Which is made up of an Executive and Workers. Each Division Head reports directly to the Head Chief or Advisor for permission to do different things. They are the head of "day-to-day" operations of their own crews. Division Heads are the ones who may ask and recomend certain men to be sworn into their crews. When this happens they must ask the Head Chief or the Syndicate Leader himself. They're also the ones who are responsible for the members under their command, and keep them under control.
Executive : Each division has their own name for it's executives. They'll be the right hand of their Division Head. They receive a command from them and get it done whatever it takes, so they have to keep their standards high. It is also Executive's duty to recommend new promising outsider to their Division Head. So to speak, they will be the person who give jobs to the people below them.
Worker : Just like the executives, every division has a different name for their workers. They're basically the same as recruits but now getting more focused in one field of work depending on their divisions, whether it's legal or illegal.
Recruit : The Recruits are invited into the syndicate by the Syndicate Leader or Head Chief after being voted for by the Division Heads and up. They're officially a member of the syndicate now. They will have to do lots of field and dirty works of the syndicate and need to start thinking of which division to join based on their capability.
Outsider : Outsiders are not officially a part of the syndicate yet. They can hang around with the syndicate, but won't be able to take part in syndicate's major operations. Hard work and determination are the things they need to impress the other members of the syndicate and get an invitation to join them. Just do whatever the higher ups tell you without any question at all and you're on the right track.
