first organized real life meeting of Argonath RPG members! :alc:
Place? Gdańsk, Poland (
map). A nice, old city on the north coast of Poland. Nearest international airport is Gdańsk Lech Walesa airport, about 20 km away from city center.
Time? Friday 24.8 to Monday 27.8, 2007
Accomodation?Cheap apartment hotel.
Example:

If we get more than 5 people to the meeting, we will of course find a bigger apartment.
What to do?We have not decided everything yet, but here are some ideas:
- relax and talk shit chat in the hotel apartment
- go to beaches (Gdańsk has famous beaches)

klickCosts?Biggest costs are propably transportation to Gdańsk (flight/train/car/bus/ship/hitchiking/bicycle/walking...
). If you plan to fly to Gdańsk, it is recommended to book your flights as soon as possible, because usually flight prices become more expensive, as the date of departure comes closer. I suggest to check the flight prices, because they aren't actually very expensive nowadays
. Also of course, we would be waiting for the arriving people as a group at the airport/trainstation/bustation....
Hotel apartment in the city center for 5 people and for 3 days would cost 216 PLN (57 euros) per person. Naturally, the more people we get to the meeting, the lower the accomodation costs will be.
My estimate for the total cost of the trip is 50-150 euros (including accomodation, food etc.) + price of flights.
