RS5 is quite a long way off, seeing as they have not even started Alpha Testing yet. Currently they are in the stage of putting the Game Mode concept design together, piece by piece.
 
Another question about the reset. Will all banned IPs stay banned?

I hope the banned IP's can be cleared so other players can go on with a new fresh start in the gamemode.

And I support the reset as I myself am not very rich, but I want to start from the beginning like everyone else.

I am not against giving CERTAIN banned players a chance to redeem themselves.
 
However, the number of banned IPs has reached more than 8,000, as provided by Gimli's statistics. Many of those are merciless rogues who will not hesitate to hack admin accounts and attack the server using DDoS. Some of them are just unredeemable.

I don't think much ''improvements'' can be made after RS4. I'm just fine in SAMP really. Why do we need anything else? We've got the best, let's keep it that way. Also, IF RS5 comes, why not just copy the player files?. I don't see what the big problem is. Those who have much money want to keep it and those who don't, for some reason, want the others to lose it? I really don't think anyone voted on that poll for the reason ''I want a fair restart''.

Argonath SAMP has a lot of uniqueness. One of them is its economy, well known drug barrons, well know millionairs. Eventually they will all regain their fortune, it's not hard if you're dedicated, so ''fair restart'' is allready proven wrong here. Everyone has one when they register. And the rich people do not limit anyone to also become rich. USSUALLY IT'S THE OPPOSITE ; For instance, I ussually give a huge tip to cab drivers, because I like to help them. I, and many other ''rich people'', give atleast 10 ''restarts'' to random people every week.

Eventually ( 2 weeks ), There will allready be a new economy with new millionairs ( 90 percent chance that these will be the same people ), and people will want these ''restarts'' sooner and sooner. Is this your sence of being fair? Any new player can work his way to the top, it really isn't that hard, go ask ''rich people'' ingame.

When I place myself into someone who doesn't have any stats but plays for quite a while, I can see that this looks like a good idea to them. It looks fresh. But in reality, Nothing will change for you, nothing will change for anyone, appart from the fact that the current millionairs will have to work a couple of weeks to regain their fortune.
