No, he means when the voting starts, people will vote for the nominee's. Then, the top 4 that get the most votes, will get into the next round.

More details about the Nomination Round 2 will be announced as soon as Round 1 has ended. The video has already been posted so that you might be able to practice until the day has come for you to do so.

The 4 last people shall be determined upon damage (/carhp). Note that wildcards might be given at the end of Nomination Round 1 to the 3 people with the best 'glamour' picture.

So let me get it striaght Ryan, the 1st round was to get points, and the 2nd round is an nomination round which will be at mount chlilad, but even if you get in last place, it's all about car damage? Or place in the race itself matter to?
