Laggy FRAPS

=[ How come everytime i go to record any gameplay with FRAPS it only record at like 8 FPS? But when its not recording it goes back to normal? =[[[[[[

any other programs running in the background while recording?

defraggin usually take longer then 45 minutes depending the last time you did it

My Game runs fine, but it does the same thing on all of the games i try and record O.o
