Here is my idea

Cadet / Officer / Senior Officer - Bronze badge like the one you just made for Dept. Chief

Sergeant / Lieutenant - Silver Badge

Captain / Dept Chief / Chief - Gold Badge

Perhaps where it says (The background of the writing, not the writing itself) 'Argonath RPG', 'Police', 'Rank' and 'SAPD' you could color either gold or silver, to make it stand out.

Sisko, also the text should be re-aligned, its slightly off/crooked compared with the background. Add silver to the badge too.  ;)

 i saw a nice badge what suits well to the arpd and sapd imo.. so heres my try :D





 :ps: from cadet to sergeant i would make such silver badges... from lieutenant to chief i suggest to have gold badges

Looks good Vice, try smoothen the edges of the badge though, also instead of 'San Andreas' perhaps 'S A' as San Andreas looks bit long on the badge

Just so you know, this is NOT the final work. There are several goofs on the badge which will be corrected if Leroy likes it/ selected it. This is only to show what the badge would look like.
