About Albanian Mafia

The Albanian Mafia is one of the ethnic groups in Argonath RPG.
Although the group looks like a low class organization from the outside, it actually holds many values in it.
Keeping their countrymen together and strong, supporting them to the full, Gulucans have a great understanding of solidarity.
The Albanian Mafia is currently allied with the Garlembo family . And Albanian Mafia is the top from 10 best mafia in Argonath RPG .

Albanian Structure
The Albanian mafia in Europe, also call bajrak a deliberative council formed with several clan leaders. The heads of each family within the Council constitute the leaders of area units. These units often comprise regions relative to the size, status, and power [proportional to material resources]. For example, in San Andreas , representatives for several families congregate and coordinate activity in the Bronx.
the other four boroughs, actions are carried out by separate family organizations. Within the area units, each family contains an executive committee, or bajrak. Made up of the head of each area fis, and gjak relatives, the bajrak serves as the inner circle of each area family. The krye, or boss of each family, hand picks unit leaders [kryetar, or under-bosses], often gjak relatives. The bajrak provides the resources for kryetars including the requisite tactics and training necessary for conducting arms and drugs smuggling, as well as sophisticated burglaries. It has been the tactics of these groups which suggests the ex-Sigurimi agents from Albania are also involved. Recent attacks by small crews in the New York-New Jersey area indicate such training.
They appear militaristic and methodical in their tactics. Specifically, they often engage in quick, multi-pronged attacks against multiple targets within one concentrated area, and within a relatively short time. This keeps authorities guessing as to where they may strike and thus ensures a high ratio of success.
The overall success, however, for area units depends upon the coordinating activities of two officers within the family. The first is the liaison officer, sometimes referred to as miq. The miq sees to it that levels of coordination among area units remains high. This ensures that territory will not be infringed upon, and that regional units can assist one another without incident, if need be. Often not a gjak relation, it appears this system predominates among the major Eastern city families of the US. Such coordination allows for funds to be accumulated and remitted overseas for laundering, most often through front companies such as Import/ Export businesses, transportation companies, and processing plants located throughout the Balkans, and Albania especially. Such activity, brings to light the duties of the second officer, the emigre coordinator. This person is likely a gjak relative and likely uses emigre social and/or political groups as cover for repeated trips from the US and Western European capitals, back to Albania, Macedonia, or Kosovo. Emigre coordinators most likely have a small support staff of miqsi whom they use as trouble-shooters, heavies, and the like. The latter's tasks include communicating with other crime organizations and serving as buffers once authorities get too close.
The emigre coordinator, should he operate under the cover of an Albanian socio-political group, such as Legaliteti or Balli Komb_tar, most likely uses group personnel and a similar command structure to the overall families.

Albanian Canon
The Albanian Canon, or Canons, were not written in paper. Hence, there was no signature.
The Albanians had to invent something to replace the signature that binds two parties in a contract or transaction.
They replaced the signature with a handshake. The gesture or the event of Handshake when in regard to a contract
or a transaction is called 'Besa'. To the Albanian Canon saying 'I gave my Besa' is the same as saying in the United States
 'I signed for it'. Except, the obligation of BESA is more than a material transaction – It is bound by honor.
An old Albanian saying goes, 'Kur shqiptari te jep fjalen, ai te jep djalin'. It means when the Albanian gives his word,
he would sooner lose his son than break his word, or 'Besa'. Albanian gangsters seem to make use of the notion of BESA. They use the idea of Albanians that you cannot break 'besa' to keep their criminal organizations together. However, the canon cannot be used for the benefit of Albanian Mafia more than the Penal Code of United States could be used for organized crime.

Albanian Mafia Rules

1. Follow main Argonath RPG rules.
2. Follow the orders of the higher rank.
3. Do not kill anyone without a proper reason.   
4. Do not cheat, hack or abuse any script feature.
5. Look after other members of the family and the allies. Protect them with your life.
6. You must be active to stay within the family.
7. Never be seen with cops.
8. When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.
9. Don't go to pubs and clubs of the enemy.
10. Appointments must absolutely be respected.

Albanian Mafia Ranks


Boss

The Boss is the highest position in the mob. his job is to assure that everything goes well in the Mafia,  and basically commanding everything in the Mafia.

Consigliere

Consigliere is an adviser or counselor to a mafia, whit the additional of repre senting the don in important meetings both withim the don's crime family and whit other crime families.
The consigliere is a close, trusted friend and confidant, the mob's version of an elder statesman. HE is devoid of ambition and dispenses disintersted advice. This passive image of the consigliere dose not correspond with what is know of real-life consiglieri.

Unnder Boss

The underboss job is to organize the Family, and the Family's business.
Underboss have to be the most active part in the leader division since they are the "minds" and the "organizers" of the mob. They co-operate with the don and also controls and work with the capo's and Lieutenants.

Caporegime

The capo's job is to train members and to organize the lieutenants in the training. capo's job is to train Trial members, They are the one who tests the trials after training, of there compability to become a full member. They are next in the line whit the Underboss, and also a part of leader council. They also manage the "business branch of Albanian.


Soldier

A  Soldier is the lowest level. However, a soldier is much greater in rank and prestige than any ordinary associate of the crime family. In order to become a soldier, the primary requisite for an associate is to become a made man. The promotion to the rank of soldier is a tremendous step up in the hierarchy from the associate level.
A soldier's main responsibility is to earn money and kick a portion of his profits up to his capo. Everything else, including murder, is only a means to that end. The soldier is obliged to obey orders from his capo to commit murder for his crime family without hesitation or any questions asked. Failure to do so will usually result in death for the unwilling soldier. As a made man, he is bound by the mafia code of Omerta. Since the soldier is also a made man, he is considered untouchable in certain areas of the mob. If an associate or another soldier wants to kill a soldier, it is compulsory that he have a sitdown with the mob higherups and obtain their permission. Killing a soldier without getting the boss's permission is considered taboo in mob circles and can lead to the perpetrator of the murder getting killed himself.


Trial

The trial mobster is the mob's 'trainee'. he gets a line of different trainings by capo's, and then get tested by capo's, if they are worthy to be part of Albanian. If he pass all and considered to be a valuable potential good mobster he will be promoted to a soldier mobster

First off, I have never heard of you and yet you claim to be the strongest group on Argonath since IDno'tGiveADamnWhen? If you really are here to set examples, at least make up a proper story. I mean, the past 2 years I never, and I mean, NEVER, heard of you. Also, nice 3 ranks and stuff, I can't really tell which are the higher ranks there. I like the use of "Besa" and all that... but this shouldn't be with no tag named "_Albanian". Find a good Albanian surname, or just have Albanian character names and be tagless. That would be unique.
