Sigh, people thinking "omg your under 18, and it means you cant do admin work well" really are annoying. Age doesnt matter, I've seen lots adults that act stupider than young people -.-

Most people do not understand that being admin is not a status. It is a job. Once they realise that being admin brings a lot of work and responsibility, they can already be afraid to come on to the server.  That is why we always say do not be afraid to give up rights. You can be the best player without being suited for admin work. Unfortunately most people feel that if we take away rights it is because we 'hate' them.

well in my opinion, admins should be any age, as long as they understand the responsibility of being an admin on argonath BUT i dont agree with being picked as an admin at the age of 11!! maybe over 12 but under 12, the ordinary 11 year old just wants to fuck about on servers, but as i said before, if u are a smart 11 year old and are mature enough to do the job then good, Gandalf has picked admins form all ages cos he believes they are responsible enough to do the job i dont think he would stop picking admins cos he feels that they are 'too young' and as i believe that if young admins show that they can be as good admins as 25 year olds, this is all the better for the server, as id expect 11 year olds to be playing the server for a long time to come(being only 11 and having the rest of their young adult life to play), theres not THAT many 25 year olds on the server, is there? lol

Well andre, im not allowed to flame in here, but since you brought it up, its not about that, a while ago a guy form your gang got the idea that the Ryder brothers (me and my brother) DM'ed your gang so he along with you and some other LSA guy kept attacking us, and im not saing you kick me, but i got kicked for telling that we didnt DM you guys, its a while back and bearly remember it now.

They lack real maturity even if they can display it they are still children and dont have a clue with life, they cant really comprehend much and thus usually make incorrect decisions, favor people for no reason and kicking/freezing if they dont like something and go around being silly.

Main admins are all mostly over 18...

As for abuse - everyone can abuse - age is not a reason...
Also teenagers can learn the game much faster then their dads...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.

I started out as an admin when i was 15, was welcomed into the main admins after a month. Age dose not matter at all in my opion.
