Aaron TIP for you: Don't accept applicants as regular so fast,test them IG and accept them to Trials,after they show they're skills (Week or two) accept them as regular.

And get a Grove Skin,because you're an applicant,if you fail you will be associate and will have the right to apply every 2 weeks. Also get a lowrider painter in color ID 252.
