I think the +1 this topic thing is either from Chrome or Avast as I have it too, but I don't think everyone else does.

Thats a forum feature i believe.

+1 would mean "I like this thread".
Also shows count of users who +1'ed this.

We will update the CSS when we see the incorrect colour appearing.

As for the +1 button, it exists since the last update... it gives a "Google +1" which will help us in search engines...

Only the PM is necessary. Accounts weren't changed recently so it's possible it's a bug or you entered the wrong password.

Will i contact mangers & Gandalf... no one PM me back .... this is my five day without playing at my acc... and jsut one mangaer PM me back and told me to conntact gandalf.... so for now no one helping me... so i hope the will help me get back my account soon.
