Once more i'm posting an unban request! I hope this one works out better then the lost one.
Ingame name: [3sS]Jason/Snikkelbaard.
Admin who banned me: [EAF]Klaus
Reason: Dming a cop Once and rammed
Him
Why i want to be unbanned: I think i know what i should change and how i should go on now. I know Klaus doesn't like me. But hey, i can't change how i am! Just the way i play the game. And while i was playing on Snikkelbaard i showed it. Just before i got banned bart told me

In a positive way. Still i've been banned for ban-evading. Which i was doing! But just to show the fact i've changes. So then i think by myself, ain't that good? Because i feel like it is! I hope you guys also feel the same.

Even when players are banned, you still disrespect them on other communities. You've been pretty smug since Perry and Marcell got banned and continue to whine about EAF, even when everything's already been said and done.

You have got to be kidding me.

One of the considerable problems I noticed when I started to play on VC:MP as a regular (during the past 3 years I was merely an occasional visitor) is the constant flow of players who practice rude language / conduct and find joy in DMing everyone around them.

Not to mention you seem enthusiastic about ban evading and are rejoicing about EAFs getting banned... when I myself see severely undesirable people getting banned, I feel relieved if that removes some small problems from the server, but you do not see JDC jumping around going "WHOO, ___ is banned FCK YEA".

If you want an unban then you should definitely change your attitude.

and like i said my friend (dylan) slept over here, and he wrote that post! if you dont believe it? ask it himself!
and yes i think i changed in positive ways! because when i ban evaded (that was wrong i know...) i joined R3 and became friends with BartSimpson and other R3 members who said they like me very much, and other EAF members liked me too. and in that time i heard zero complaints about me

First of all for bans we have this board and the [email protected] email. If the Developer ignores you, go to the Owners... yet you decided to take the solution into your own hands. Had you been ban evading on SA:MP instead, I would not hesitate to ban you on sight regardless of your goal or intention (whether good or bad), simply because you are ban evading.

One thing you should learn is that there are set procedures for certain things and that such procedures should be followed... we call those procedures as rules and laws.

Your PC, your responsibility. If your grandma went on your PC and began crashing all Argonath servers and webs using hacks, then you would still be the one responsible because you allowed your PC to be used for harm.

Changed in a positive way? From what I have seen in your recent attitude, the inverse happens to have more truth behind it...

Please keep in mind I am not doing this to belittle or to shit on you, but to point out your mistakes so you can learn to fix them... obviously you are incapable of seeing them yourself.

We do not care who exactly talks from your account... As we have no any motivations neither reasons to separate account on several persons... If someone else was flaming from your account - only you and your account are guilty - for giving access...

If account will be banned for flame - there is no way for exaplanations "that was my mom while I was in toilet"...

Yes i know what i have did wrong and yes i learned my lessons!
and btw i contacted Gandalf about the situation and he fixed it! next time i will immediatly go to the owners if something like this happens again instead of ban-evading

I,m really really sorry if i harmed any players with my behaviour.

and at last but not least i want to give my apologies to the admins/mods who are involved with this.

i hope you consider unbanning me soon and let me prove that i learnd from the ban and that i have improved my behaviour

Note: all I did was telling these guys that ban evading is not allowed and a new unban request would be a proper way to solve this.

As for your unban request, if you are banned that does not mean that the moment you say sorry you will be unbanned. While we know how addictive Argonath servers are, getting banned is 99% your mistake, which means you got to take responsibility and wait until your ban is lifted.
Trying to contact every person on server, ban evading to "prove yourself" and whatever other things are usually just making your ban last longer or reason for denial of unban.

Provided you keep a cool head and don't try to ban evade, you'll likely be unbanned in 5 days. Don't join the server until it's been posted that you've been unbanned.
