Reporting for ano admin Doggi and Ghost the stupid cop

I wanna report Ghost because he stop me because i was driving at the wrong road. I stop and one guy hit my car very bad Ghost say it isnt him problem. I report that to Doggi the only amdin online nothing. After that i run away with out sus. after 15 minutes Ghost was driving at wrong road hit me say to stop I stop. he say me out of the car with handsup i did it and suspect me for recles driving :@. After that I run away and report 10000 times because this amdin dont do anything and kick me for flooding .
