Bringing new effects to ENB and GTA4.

Of course,if you dont have really awesome PC you cannot expect this level of details and stuff but on my config (II X3 425 / 4850 / 4GB ) works really cool on medium settings :)

Especially check readme files if you have any problems.

I set this up, it turned out all grainy and a damned Red-Sky bug so I had to reinstall the whole of GTA IV...  :(

Damn Devin u noob what have u done with it  :mad: :mad: :( For me it works very fine and all i did was c/p it to folder and overwrite existing files..

Probly ur poor 9600GT is too low to even run this

I installed it and I must say... this is awesome !!!
I sometimes have red-sky bug too, but moving the camera turns it back to it normal color.

It happens sometimes cuz this aint fully optimized for this patch (1.0.7.0) so they aint fixed all features for this version,its based worked for 1.0.4.0

But when you die, you could join us in argonath! Just umm. go into the server and play! you will be a real person in a server (: dude that would be beast...Then you could give enhancements to it...Like what  should we add and you could deteck bugs and shit

True,thats why i mentioned to check readme,cause on some graphics cards,mostly nvidia it can provoke overheating.

From experience, ATI cards have less cooling capability than most Nvidia cards..
