Don't know about you guys, but I wouldn't want people to know when I eat and when I sleep. I don't mean to be rude here in any way, but do you enjoy/find it funny to be aware that people know exactly what you're doing? Maybe your dinner taste ten times better when you know "60 people" knows about it going down, and what you're eating.

Tweets about when you eat etc. are moronic. Twitter is great for several things: 1): Connecting to people who might have something to do with the event you are doing. 2): Promotion of your product. And those are only two examples, what you are saying is an understatement, man.

There's a lot of shit I don't want to get sucked into in this society and on the internet.. One of those things is Twitter..... Some companies FORCE their employees to make a Twitter account, so did my dad's employer but he refused to do so together with a few others. I'm glad he refused

Twitter is a great tool for companies, I managed to boost my companies sales by 20% just by using Twitter and other forms of social media, it's understandable why companies use it, I would never force my employee's to use it, but by all means make an account for the business itself.
