Why I think I should be unbanned,

Lets start with this story, First of all I changed my job into a cop. So I wanted to look for criminals, I saw someone standing near the gas station ([TCL]GunZ)
I asked him to put he's hands up for a normal checking, he looked like a drugs dealer.
I asked him MULTIPI times to put hes handsup, he was not listening, then I said put your handsup in 3 or 5 seconds or bad things will happen.
Then he still did nothing, so I /sus [hes id] for the reason not listening to a LEO order. If a cop In Real life ask you something to do, and you don't you also will be arrested.
So I suses him, and he tried to run away and I putted on fire, I shooted a few times with my shotgun on him. Then I saw [TCL]Dino was teleported next of me, and 3 seconds later I was banned.
First of all [TCL]GunZ is a admin he can jail/kick/ban me or tell me what I did wrong (In my opinion I did nothing wrong and said it very clear what happend above here)
Why does [TCL]Dino has to ban me? HE DIDN'T SAW WHAT HAPPEND THEIR COULD BE A ROLEPLAY FOREHANDS, HE ONLY SAW 10% OF EVERYTHING.

So that is why I should be unbanned. Now I want to say something about Dino, I think this guy is following me all the time... Everytime he comes to me, telling me stuff, and most of the time it isn't even true. I THINK THIS GUY IS HERE ON THIS SERVER TO GET ME BANNED Yes I really do think that. Dino also have a strange behaviour in this Community. He didn't like me from the start I connected to this server. Dino thinks I am here to destroy people's life but that is the totally not true.
I Stewie_Sezam am here to have a wonderfull Roleplay fun in this server, and enjoying to make lots of new friends. But Dino thinks exactly the other way. I think there is no day he not hated me. I not going to lie, I also do not like some people but I just keep that in mind, and not tell them and leave them, just dont think about them. Just keep them how they are and if you dont like it how they are then please **** off.

Before even reading your unban, I say it is justified.


Today, you were kicked for breaking a rule. You came back, calling me a monkey. You were kicked. You were provoking me ("You're funny"). I told you to stop, I gave you a final warning. You were carjacking and ramming after that, I showed mercy and did not ban but kick. You came back. You flooded me ("Why kick for things I didn't do"). I told you to stop, but you didn't.

You were banned for the same thing before: provoking and flaming. You do not seem to improve your attitude. I'd say this condition (being banned) fits you perfectly.

By calling you a monkey, and You're funny are just some jokes...Didn't know you can't handle some easy jokes. And when you kicked me for carjacking and ramming I didn't do that, so acceptable I came back and said "Why kick for things I didn't do". And after you said I had to stop, then I stopped immediatly. And with the previous ban I changed my behaviour ALOT! And please I am making this Unban Request, to get unbanned then please dont come here and say bad stuff about me, Because even I would give everyone another chance.

Stewie, I was standing behind you all the time. You came infront of GunZ and started aiming and shouting "Hands up" at him. But you didnt do only these rulebreaks, but with that one, you just went overboard.

Just like I kick you because I hate you? Let me tell you something about admins. We don't hate anyone. We only hate their behaviour, generally because they don't have f**king ears or just refuse to use them. Doing the admin job gives quite a lot of stress, believe it or not. Having to teleport to people every 5 minutes, explaining the rules, getting called a f**kface and still having to be polite to everyone else is kind of a tricky job. So those easy jokes as "monkey" and "You're funny" imply that I am a liar and that I do not know the rules, thus not doing my job properly. I saw you ram the guy and attempt to carjack him with my own eyes. I believe my eyes more than I believe your story.
It's time that you start realising that we aren't here to adapt to you, but you are here to adapt to the server. Admins don't log on and think "Let's f**k this guy today, I don't like his name". Admins come on to play, and they have their responsibilities to help players in need.

Also, you're here to have roleplays. That's nice, and I encourage it, but when you call roleplaying 'doing everything your way, you must "win" the roleplay, ignore other players input, ignore their actions' then you should certainly redefine the word ROLEPLAY.

Can you please explain wich rule I broke with asking GunZ to put hes hands up when I am a cop? (I didn't know you were watching all the time so that is my problem in the story I made on the begin of this thread)

Screenshot 4 - When I was there wanted was also a big mistake from the cops/fbi, I'm stil standing behind my point that I did do nothing wrong there. And about the glasses is just a joke...
Screenshot 5 - That I car killed Amy, Hmm I think that was something with slow loading of GTA IMAGES, because I didn't see anything of this happening. Then they wanted me for the reason "Killed Amy", so I reported ID 1 because I didn't know who wanted me. And I crash alot of times, I dont have a really good computer.

Here people Metagame...Powergame I never saw someone real Roleplaying here. I think I got much much much better Roleplay then you. And you know why I am never kicked on that server or banned? They had real admins.

Every other did admins not watch the full Roleplay and believed 100% on reports. And I got lots of more thinks about you Thomas... But I want to keep them in my mind , I respect you the way you are.

The lack of tone in a voice, or facial expression, makes it very hard to interpret a joke exactly the way you meant it.

I do not re-call the entire phrase with "You're funny" but it was clear provoking.

I just pointed out that it is sometimes hard to keep your cool. But I believe you have extended experiences with this; I recall the words "Noobs" and some more..

I symphatised and did not ban you at this point, which I said I would. I think I allowed quite a lot of room for mistakes, to be completely truthful.

I think I got much much much better Roleplay then you.

Everyone has it's own style in roleplaying, so it's very hard to compare your skills.

And you know why I am never kicked on that server or banned? They had real admins.

We have real admins as well. We just have diffirent set of rules.

You should have known this if you read the pinned thread in this board.

You always have a reason for things, Stewie. Your excuses don't see an end. After you got your last unban you came in game and flooded "woooo" "weee" "yeeeeee" et cetera.
This is, what, your third request? Rethink: "This is my third unban request. Why?" Is this really the administrators fault? Think again.
On both of your last unban requests the administrator didn't like you and he was an abuser.

For how long will you use this excuse: "I was joking, he abuses!!"?
As I recall, you were all over the place when someone joked with you like this. You were seriously pissed off. So you take the liberty to "joke" with others like this, but others cannot joke with you because its flaming/insulting?

Die-Hard role play servers you say? Well, I'll be glad to help you cross there so you can enjoy and feel safe around these REAL administrators, not these Argonath abuser, right?

Simple, if you can't cope with Argonath rules, stay out. Go to that server you praised in your last unban requests. I don't even know why do you come and "suffer" on Argonath.
Should you continue like this, you'll be proclaimed a martyr on Argonath.

A decision will be brought soon.
Remember not to argue with administrators because you don't gain nothing from arguments. Be patient and do not open additional requests.
