Some NBA guys took a Green Sabre for a ride to Grove Street they acctualy meant to kill Sweet but he was in other house so CJ's mom got killed in the DB bcz of the failure of these 3 balla dudes ;)

A grave is not a body. We have no concrete evidence that she dies, let alone that she was killed.
In GTA:V we may find that she is alive and well, working as manager of a strip club in Vice city owned by Mercedes....

How can you be so sure tho? For all you know it could've been a set-up the entire time. Someone posing at their mom could've got shot in the face (or even staged it) so the person wasn't recognizable, and they just assumed it was her ;)
