Several week end, week long training over several years in time as unpaid Governor for a local College and Union President which included: Relevant Law,  Worker rights, Student rights, Discrimination in Public & in the work place, Cultural Beliefs and Religious Beliefs, Effective Governance & Report making, the role of the emergency service & government on the effect on learners, teachers and admin staff.

 Time of playing in the Argonath community Since December 10th 2008
 and the IV:MP server?: Not a lot since 2010 / 2011 (when IVMP came into existence) but it's just a matter of installing the game.
How much time can you spend on the Forums?: A lot

Past Experience in the IV-MP Server:
When it was newer: Founded & managed the the previous Passport Authority (before the creation of current one). Server Moderator under Tai, Liberty Transport Authority Director,  also setup the Coast Guard but had to suddenly leave the server due to unforeseen very unfortunate circumstances.

Motivation / Reason for Applying
On the occurrence that the State of Liberty requires a Judge I am happy to offer assistance and willingness to work with cases. If not then no love loss.

I am currently recently full Judge in the State of San Andreas & have assisted many legal situations. I have represented both sides of criminal and civil law as a legal aid. 

I am currently considering assisting the Courts and migrating for the Winter or for work back to the State of Liberty.

I think despite the low game time (as I said above it's just a matter of installing the game and finding the right version, I've tried several times but can't get it to work: if you are reading and can help add me on skype) can be of a great help for free & simply to give players and users appropriate enjoyable time.

Once i begin something it is very difficult for me to give up easily on that thing. I give a lot of time and effort into all the things I do (happily) and I never enter an agreement or position which I can not dedicate fair time or effort to.
