About Changename.

Whenever I grant a namechange I PM them the exact name that I allowed so that there will be no confusion. Meaning that if you loose 10k it is entirely your fault and you will not be refunded. Before I did that I have had to refund a lot of namechanges. 

I rather the script told you wich name you're allowed to change to, though. As in, when an admin gives you a namechange it would say something in the lines of "You have been allowed to change your name to "Iamnotgoodatcomingupwithnames", do not spell it wrong".
That's not how it works now, is it?

Murt, i say to MrTrane to autorized me to changename because i leave Cotroni's Mafia, he autorized me for changename , but when i ask him i say ill change name to Alexandre and not Alexandre_TX, i do some misunderstand,

That's not how it works now, is it?

Currently all it says to the player is "You have been authorised to use /changename for free, we advise you do so!" Players requested name should appear between /changename and for.

I thought I could change the name to any one, and so I changename to Alexandre_TX, and when I lost 10k I realized I had misunderstood. and after that I talked to MrTrane and he told me to speak with a Manager on the forum to ask me to put the name Alexandre and give me back the 10k

Instead of going and creating a topic, you could have solved this so easily by forum PM or talk to MrTrane ingame and solve it easily. Or just forum PM a manager and they could have checked logs for you and maybe refund you.

how about an admin command "/namechange <id> <newname>"   once thats done it says :"your name has been changed by <admin>, please relog"  save having to go to city hall at all for admin allowed changes  (would work well for RP kicking out a group member)

"[R*]Player" to "Player": Free, only tags are changed.
"[R*]Player" to "Player_Corleone": Free, the name still remains.
"[R*]Player" to "Rock_Star": Not Free, name has changed.

Players will only get free namechanges provided their name is intact, or we will have people joining and leaving groups just to get name changes for free.

If you do not change your name to the exact name the admin allows you to use for free, you will still pay the $10k charge.

Dropping/adding tags is free. Changing the nickname (including spelling or z0mg dots and what not) cost 10k (sometimes might make an exception when nickname is a common name and already taken)
