Hey, yesterday i think or 03/09/2011 i ask to MrTrane if i can change name to Alexandre because i leave cotroni's family, and he answer me yes. so i change the name to Alexandre_TX . and i lost 10k, so... i want to change to Alexandre and have my 10k back  because i think if i have permission to change name i can change to _TX. i do a misunderstund, and MrTrane said to i ask an manager if he can change the name to Alexandre without _TX and give the 10k back please.

You do not need permission to change name's , you can do /changename whenever you want, although each time will cost 10k

When an admin gives you a free name change, you will see a message saying so on your screen.

Yes and i know, when i ask to MrTrane, he says ok, and appears a message '' you have been autorized to change your name..... , and i change it,

Yes you use the change name command to the name you requested any name other then the one requested takes 10k from your account. This was to combat players who used con the administration out of a free change. The con now works the other way around.

You asked to change to Alexandre but used Alexandre_Tx instead - I believe you must give the exact name to change to, possibly to avoid abuses

About namechanges, I will put out some answers. Administrators and above will only hand out free namechanges if you wish to remove/add a tag.
That means, Murt wants a free namechange to "Murt_Corleone", it would be granted. But if Murt wanted "Murtaugh_Gvardia" it wouldn't work.

IF you wish to have another name, then it's just to visit city hall and pay 10,000$ (10k).
