Hi friends, and I apologize if there is not. So, I am writing because of war appear on the server today in the morning was such that GSF got a LCV, yesterday LCV freely going somewhere way, but went 2 of GSF. As I understand it is not DM server, but nonetheless, they will let the war, if this is a real game, it will be war, any large metropolitan there are war-black vs. white, or a family etc. Why did you not give the right players to fight without the other? ? If they do not complete DM, it's just a few more. And even if the war is with the police there, is it bluntly them as ponaedut 20 pieces, the whole fan cut. Admin, Please, carefully examine the problem.

I was DJing whole morning and didn't seem any wars going... Cop and Chill left and went to other DM server to practice shooting, then Cop came back. I ended my radio show and came offline about 30 min ago.

they might be allowed in the new scripts ,but definitely not now.. i dot really want gangwars, when i was a noob i did but my past is full of them. heres the way i think they should work.

-organised
-only allowed a certain amount of members ,so bigger clans dont get an advantage and its more skill.
-  for example each clan leader picks 3 of his best skilled members to fight.
- must be a referee.
-must be more a good reason, for example turf.

Let me tell you what a gang war is:   

  A gang war is team deathmatch, and constant attacks to people of a rival gang, disrupting the whole server making others deathmatch. The consequences of a gang war will mean that those involved will either get a clan/gang warning, or be banned.
A war is a continous fight, will not be allowed.

I have heard there might be an arena for gang fights, however its unconfirmed (announced at the opening of the telivision studios).

  What happens on the server, is that gangs might have a quarrel and perhaps a skirmish. The RP gangs do not attack needlessly (for example a skirmish was sparked because of a spy in one group) and this is understandable. If a gang puts a spy in another gang, the other gang gets their own back by killing them as revenge (not killing all of them or revenge killing, revenge for an RP reason), subjecting them to humiliation. At this point the gangs are even, and the attacking should cease, and if it doesnt it will be simply deathmatching and dealt with accordingly. (I take this policy to be fair, and investigate gang attacks)

Im not sure how we will stand on having gang turf, will wait for new scripts.

For  now:   Anyone has the right to go anywhere, you cannot control people' in your turf. You only have rights to the land and property that you own. Attacking for reasons such as ' he is rival gang skin' and ' he is in  my turf ' will not be accepted.
   MOst important rule, is that any regulars breaking the rules will usually result in ban.

Well, i was ingame, driving Limo's services with BiteMe as clowns... Then we see one landstalker escaping from Sentinel.

Finally, they reached the end and killed him. When we froze and asked, why did you do that? They answered that, it was a hit.
Nah, never... it was NOT a hit, because 1) No hit announcement, 2) Previous gangwars.

I don't like what I am seeing between these 2 gangs and there have been so many complaints about these "gangwars"

exactly andre, i dont think gang members should be allowed to do hits as they're clearly just trying to disguise what they are really doing... i have had experience of this but i'm not gonna dig up the past.. to be honest when i was a noob i wanted gang wars but now i don't and i am glad to say i'm in a neutral clan, we have no allies and we just hang out and have fun.

Gangwars could be allowed too, but theres a problem..
When they start, ther is noone that can stop them, it gets out of control and turns in DM...

I like Luca's idea, i think both gangs have to agree and such a war has to be announced on the forum.
An admin have to decide if the gangs get a permission or not.
