Searching help with Vector tools in Adobe Fireworks

Well I'm starting a course in school which will require me to be good at creating vector logos in Adobe Fireworks, if anyone could help I'd much appreciate it. Also if really needed I can pay ingame.

Why Adobe Fireworks? I think I do the same, but we use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

I use Illustrator for vectors then incorporate it into Photoshop for final result...

You cannot achieve purely vector images in Fireworks, you will always end up using bitmap through fills. Easy way round is to use Illustrator, or alternatively, you could use Flash, however if you save your images from Flash, they will be bitmap anyway.
