I'm not here to speak as a SWAT member. Everyone is free to use and do what he wants. I was just answering to EliteTerm that NRG are mostly not used to escape.

About the combat you are just all mad because you can't shoot with them. Cops you are allowed to buy weaps while on duty, so get combat too.
