European countries that have big highways have speed limits of 200km/h or close to it and thats what i would prefer too. But we should also consider how crowded the traffic is on highways. We know that the highways are not stressed atall so the for i dont see a reason why not to make unlimited speed limits for them. Argonath is an independent country and it should have its own laws and unserstandings and should not just copy them from America cause the game was based on it. Laws should be made according to conditions we have. And if we have conditions to make higher speed limits and still keep the roads safe when its done then i dont really see reason not to do it. Reason of speed limits is to keep people and streets safe, so lets make the laws to make them safe.

it was suspossed to be sarcasm. the author of quote wanted to be 'realistic' and make speed limits like in real NY just cause LC is based on NY.

Busy ? Rather lazy. And just because the cops are too lazy to enforce them is not a reason not to have laws. Thats pure idiocracy imo. If cops are getting lazy maybe there should be considered of making internal control department that would investigate dirty and incompetent cops.
