Malcolm was the first person I met when I joined the server, I spawned at LS International and had no idea where I was. So I asked someone for a ride, got a PM from Malcolm saying "I'll be there in a sec". I sat around and Malcolm arrived in a stunt plane, from then on, I recognised Malcolm as the most friendly admin I knew.
