Online Ego Shooter ?!

Hey,

I'm looking for a free online ego-shooter, in multiplayer. Here are my wishes:

1: Not tooooo bad graphics (CS:S +)
2: You should be able to take every gun in scope, not only sniper (with that I mean, you can take every gun in aim, not like in CS where you have to shoot with big cross)
3: Shouldnt be future or past, should be now.
4: Kind of easy to get weapons or something. Not like, that you have to play weeks to be able to buy a new weapon.
5: and it should be FUN ;D
6: No hackers or not much hackers


Numbers 2, 3, 5 and 6 are the most importants.

I hope you guys can show me something ^^
