There's still /c pull and other police-related commands. These PCJ's will have an unique painting, so I'm sure everyone could recognize them.

Ill replace 1 at VCPD HQ and other at Havana.

Do we need 1 at Downtown too?

About the color. If you guys want it to appear as one posted by Ave, You people will have to install the mod for it.
Lemme know the default color (Colour1 and Colour2).
You can go in beta and buy off a PCJ with those colours, to check how it looks.

Probably better off using the blue and white that was already set for the Enforcers and Cruisers.

The modification consists only of carcols.dat, so there's no need to install anything.
If you want to check it, as aXXo said, visit Sunshine Autos and type /c buycar pcj 2 2. You'll get the one as from the picture

It may get confusing if civilians paint their bikes the same colour as police bikes. Can we prevent this from happening?

but yeah it can be by restricting color 2 when painting carruchos/specified vehicle

Sirens were just as a principal - generally, all emergency vehicles are equipped with them, and people are expected to move to one side when they see/hear them.

Police bikes are locked for civilians just like all police vehicles.
That would remove your confusion, I guess

I think you misunderstood his point. What Klaus meant, was that if civilians _PAINT_ their PCJ to look exactly the same as PD ones and if that can be restricted (aka no blue PCJs for civilians)

But color is not the only thing that distinguishes between two bikes.
You can distinguish it from regular bikes by trying to sit in it
